Realtor Michelle Leonard and her Mother Sandra love hosting dinner parties for their clients and friends.
This time we had our hand at a little hocus pocus in creating our Halloween Table Setting. We used an amber colored damask table cloth topped with Black chargers and used my grandmother's Noritake Gold and White Number 175 dishes. These pictures were taken a couple of years ago when we first created the table. The soup dishes came from Fitz and Floyd and they referred to is as a lidded box - I use them to serve soup! The centerpiece is comprised of many Halloween treasures. Most of the larger Fitz and Floyd pieces are from the 1980's when my friend Miriam and I went to the Fitz and FLoyd outlet in Jenkintown, PA - long since closed. Those Fitz and Floyd Halloween pieces are still among my favorite decorations. Since we took these photos we have changed out the napkin rings and now use Amber Napkin Rings from Pier One and Amber Wine glasses also from Pier 1 that have an iridescent shine. For napkins we used Black satin napkins with a gold organza underlay. Our placecard holders are mirrors on miniature easels. Happy Halloween! XOXO
